What Happens If a Referred User Requests a Refund?

If a user you referred makes a payment and then requests a refund that is approved under our refund policy, the associated commission will be canceled.

• The referral Commission is removed from your balance if the refunded payment is linked to your referral.

• You’ll receive a notification by the end of the day informing you of the adjustment.

• This also applies if the user requests a refund through their bank or payment provider (e.g. chargeback or dispute).

📌 Reminder: Commission bonuses are only valid for completed and confirmed transactions. Keeping referral quality high helps protect your account and status.
