Trading: Rules & Guidelines

Mandatory Order Management Rule

It is strictly prohibited to:

  1. Execute orders without predefined Stop Loss and Take Profit parameters.

  2. Utilize Martingale strategies, exponential averaging down, or increasing position sizing following losing trades.

  3. Use order grids (Grid), hedging (Hedging), or Martingale as a substitute, alternative, or replacement for the mandatory risk parameters. Every individual order must have its own Stop Loss and Take Profit attached from its origin.

These practices directly contradict the fundamental principles of strategic trading, responsible risk management, and the preservation of the firm's capital.

Justification:

  • Absence of Technical Limits: Operating without a stop loss, a take profit, or applying Martingale reflects impulsive behavior, lacks planning, and fails to comply with the standards required by the company.

  • Risk of Exponential Ruin: Martingale assumes unlimited risk by doubling or increasing leverage on negative floating positions. This destroys the account margin and poses an imminent threat to the sustainability of corporate capital.

  • Lack of Professionalism: Both practices hinder objective performance evaluation, eliminate the trader's statistical edge, and violate the pillars of consistency and control that define a professional operator.

Enforcement of the Policy:

  • Mandatory Requirement: Every executed order must include a predefined stop loss and take profit from the exact moment of execution.

  • Lot Sizing Consistency: Contract sizing must strictly adhere to a fixed risk plan. It is strictly forbidden to consecutively increase contract volume to recover previous losses within the same session or trend.

  • Severity of the Infraction: Non-compliance with any of these points will be classified as a very serious infraction.

  • Direct Consequence: Violation of this policy will result in the immediate closure of the account and the termination of the trader's contract, without the right to reactivation, appeal, or recourse, as it constitutes an unacceptable violation of Winbance's core strategic criteria.

Objective:

To foster an operational culture rooted in meticulous planning, conscious risk management, capital preservation, and decision-making consistent with a professional mindset.
